Agent Academy Course 2: Sales Resources (NEW!)

The Agent Academy is a set of four courses specifically designed for our agents who are new to selling Medicare.

Agents of all experience levels are welcome to join us, and you may attend just one or all four courses it’s up to you!

This course covers where to find useful information available on Medicare.gov and the CMS website.

Additional topics include; Working with carriers, navigating their websites and portals and where to find their resources. Understanding standard plan documents, comparison tools, and the newly launched MedicareCENTER – AGA’s CRM and Remote Enrollment Tool.
