Agent Academy Course 3: Details & Tips (NEW!)

The Agent Academy is a set of four courses specifically designed for our agents who are new to selling Medicare.
Agents of all experience levels are welcome to join us, and you may attend just one or all four courses it’s up to you!
This course covers the finer details of selling Medicare including a closer look at Formularies, Evidence of Coverage Documents (EOCs), Summary of Benefits, the Coverage Gap, differences between Part B and Part D drugs, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Special Needs Plans, ancillary benefits and more.
