A new plan year has started and with that so has a new OEP period. Humana is here to help you retain the membership you gained during AEP and educate you on which tools Humana has to help you retain those new and existing members as we head into 2023. In addition to that, we often think that once AEP is over our selling opportunities are done; and that simply is not true.
