2022 Cal MediConnect Certification

Dear Agents,

Your 2022 L.A. Care Cal MediConnect Certification is now ready. Please follow the steps below to register and complete the 2022 CMC certification training and exam.

Step 1: Click on the link below to complete your registration.

2022 L.A. Care Cal MediConnect Certification Registration

Step 2: Sign the Letter of Acknowledgement after registration.  

Step 3: Begin your Cal MediConnect Certification training and exam.*

*Please Note: Your online training and exam link will be emailed after Step 1 and Step 2 are complete. Mobile devices are not recommended to complete this training.

AHIP Submission

Step 1: Click on the link  

Step 2: Log in or complete the registration page

  • Do not create an account if you have an existing AHIP account. This may lock your profile.

Step 3: Complete training and submit transmission of AHIP certification to L.A. Care Health Plan.
