Welbe Health – Agent Training: From Certification to First Enrollment

We’ll be hosting an in-person WelbeHealth Agent Training at AGA office Burbank, designed to support both new and certified agents. If you have not yet, request a WelbeHealth Broker Contract Request. Whether you’re brand new or already approved to enroll, this session will walk you through both the foundation of the program and how to start generating enrollments.
What we’ll cover:
WelbeHealth Overview (Certification Basics):
- What WelbeHealth is and where we operate (13 centers across California)
- Who qualifies (clinical + financial overview)
- Services and benefits available to participants:
– In-home support
– Transportation
– Meals and nutrition
– Social and mental health services
– Medication management and delivery
– Social engagement/day center
– Full care coordination
- Enrollment process and what to expect
Turning Conversations into Enrollments (Application & Sales):
- How to identify the right clients using a needs analysis approach
- How to naturally position PACE using our cheat sheet
- Recognizing client “green flags” and “red flags”
- What to say in real conversations
- How to submit a strong lead and avoid delays
- What happens after submission to get your client to the finish line
Tools to Help You Grow:
- Using WelbeHealth marketing materials and resources
- How to use social media to start conversations and build your pipeline
