Expanding our Portfolio of Product Offerings
As we look forward to expanding nationally, we are excited to announce that we will be diversifying our portfolio of products to include life and annuity, individual family plans, critical illness, long-term care, disability, final expense, and dental coverage while also continuing to expand our flagship products which include Medicare, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans.
Entering Strategic Partnerships
In 2022, AGA entered a strategic and monumental partnership with Integrity Marketing Group in an effort to accelerate and strengthen business growth. “We have goals at AGA that are simply too big for us to accomplish on our own”, Natalie Birchard, Chief Operating Officer at AGA said in the initial partnership with Integrity. We are proud to have entered into a partnership with Integrity, a company that shares our values and commitment to excellence. This partnership has opened up more carriers and opportunities for us to better serve our agents, agencies, and partners.
Building a Strong Team
To better serve our agents, agencies, and partners, we are restructuring our sales team. This will help us accelerate agency growth, strengthen marketing and technology, and reach more agents and agencies across the nation.
Nick Sotelo, our Chief Sales Officer is an influential member of our executive team and is leveraging new opportunities to drive growth.
Jo Nelson, our Vice President of Sales is a passionate and enthusiastic member of our executive team, leading our sales efforts with out-of-the-box thinking.
Rounding out our sales team is National Sales Director, Jason Bronston. Jason is an innovative strategic thinker and will lead our Regional Sales Managers to new heights.
Ken Rasmus is our newly appointed Director of Carrier Operations and will lead the way in strengthening and expanding our carrier partnerships. Ken is an accomplished leader who is strategizing and optimizing growth opportunities with partners across the nation.
Hana Eicher, Director of Provider Relations, is an experienced professional who is pioneering a unique approach to working with our medical group partners. Member growth and retention are the focus with grassroots marketing efforts and campaigns.
